The Role

The Product Strategy Team at Plentific is a great fit for commercial minded professionals who have a good understanding of the product management or strategy processes and SaaS businesses.

Plentific is a product-led business across all functions. This means that our product strategy leads our growth, expansion and organisation roadmap. The Product Strategy Team works closely with all functions to improve our product portfolio and business processes to reach the high-level company objectives. We are helping the business to keep its focus on main priorities, strategic milestones and high growth by fostering a pragmatic mindset. We are a strategy team that doesn’t only develop new ideas and processes but execute them as well. Responsibilities

  • Help align the commercial and technology teams on the company objectives, working closely with the product managers and commercial teams
  • Assess the commercial and strategic impact of new product / feature ideas, client requests and support the prioritisation efforts
  • Define and monitor the OKRs and KPIs of the product lines, ensuring their alignment with the high-level business objectives
  • Convey market research to assess and constantly monitor product market fit and competitor landscape across all product lines and geographies
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration on product design and development processes by managing the relations with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the product and commercial teams in defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for new product launches
  • Track the progression of the product portfolio to ensure the multiple product lines are complementing each other and identify any opportunities and risks that need to be addressed

 

Requirements

Skills:

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter personality with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to prioritise for business impact among competing needs
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written, spoken and presentation skills


Experience & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience in product management or product strategy
  • Management consulting experience is a bonus
  • Proptech and/or B2B SaaS experience is highly desirable
