Your responsibilities will include:

Workplace Experience

  • Be the ambassador of our London office: welcome customers, visitors, suppliers, but also Nexthinkers and executives from abroad
  • Create an amazing office atmosphere that will support all types of jobs and all kinds of people within our company
  • Create inspiring and engaging office events
  • Be the main point of contact for our employees, throughout their Nexthink journey –including the management of onboardings and welcome trainings
  • Be involved in global strategic projects with your (amazing) colleagues in the Global Workplace Team from around the world!

Facilities Management

  • Manage and support the lifecycle of our London office. Day-to-day activities include stock control, supply chain management, office general state supervision, mail & delivery management, reception duties
  • Be the champion of sustainability at the office and manage internal Eco Compliance and Sustainability projects
  • Coordinate and manage Nexthink’s Global Health & Safety program at the London office
  • Manage all Physical Security Procedures and implementations in line with our Global Certifications
  • Anticipate, plan, and conduct office improvement work if needed

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent
  • Professional related experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility, hands-on mentality, and positive attitude
  • Very organized, ability to prioritise work and own initiatives
  • People person and team player
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills
  • Trustworthy & committed
  • Fluent in English
