Senior SAP BRIM In-House Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP BRIM In-House Consultant to join our Finance IT Systems team and help drive our Finance transformation forward. This is a full-time role at our Berlin office.

You will join a team of experienced professionals who have been working on the implementation of S/4HANA and OneStream from its inception. You will report to the Head of Finance Systems and join our journey on the implementation of SAP’s BRIM module and all its relevant Billing processes.

Team Mission

The Finance IT Systems’ mission is to provide reliable solutions which translate operational processes into financial data, while enabling strategic decision making. We have been on a journey to revolutionize the way our department works with the recent implementation of SAP S/4HANA and OneStream.

You will:

• Support a team of external consultants in the implementation of Billing processes at GetYourGuide
  • After Go-Live, support, maintain and enhance the Billing related processes within the BRIM module in SAP
  • In many future projects, you will be the main point of contact for technical BRIM topics and will translate internal requirements into SAP solutions with the help of external consultants
• Maintain cross-module interdependencies and interfaces
• Support the business and keep the wheels turning. You are familiar with Jira Service Desk and End User Training is one of your passions

You will support the expansion of S/4HANA’s adoption across GetYourGuide with the implementation of new processes in the system. Some upcoming projects in our roadmap are:

• Billing
• Payment Integrations
• Tax Reporting
• Inventory Management

Who you are:

• Minimum of 2 years of working with SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) technology in a process design or implementation role
• End User support and training experience
• Creating functional specifications for enhancements. 
• SAP CPI or other system integration solutions (ABAP knowledge is a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
