Creator Activation Manager

We are looking for a passionate Creator Activation Manager for our team in Mexico City to help us get our podcasts out into the world.

What you'll do:

Reporting to the Spanish Markets Head of Marketing and as part of our growing team in Mexico City, you will be working closely with our great content creators to grow their audience on Podimo and bring in new audiences. You will be working closely with the rest of our local team as well as collaborating and sparring with your peers across our markets. Furthermore, you’ll:

• Work with our podcast partners and content creators to generate engagement around their audio content in Podimo, towards both existing and new subscribers
• Support the launch of new content, coordinating the work across the Marketing and Content teams, and making sure creator promotional activities are committed and attended.
• Support our creators in their new journey with Podimo, helping them promote their content among their existing fans as well as reach new audiences
• Strategic and operational responsibility for planning and executing Podimo Mexico Social Media strategy.
• Work across functions within Podimo to inform and optimize rollout in all channels

Who you are:

• 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in communications or social media roles.
• Love storytelling and finding creative ways to engage and create content focussed assets that can spark conversations.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment
• Project manager with a creative mindset, with experience working with creatives (both in-house & externally)
• A team player with a positive spirit and proactive mindset.
• Can use data to inform strategy, success metrics, and decision making
• You are fluent in English both written and spoken
