ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Collaborate with R&D management (i.e., Product and Engineering Managers) and highly technical teams to understand customers’ needs, recognize areas for improvement, and anticipate desired outcomes.
- Build processes with internal and external teams to support improvements in the R&D team, and fully own and execute process inquiries/issues/incidents.
- Supervise the health/good shape of the owned processes throughout their lifecycle.
- Analyze operational metrics using a wide range of tools and help prioritize follow-up actions and continuously look to identify process bottlenecks and their solutions while using unit cost economics to find creative ways to keep operating costs to a minimum.
- Communicate process status, process impact, resource requirements, business issues, technical issues, and their resolutions.
You'll Enjoy This Role If You Have:
- 2+ years technical project management, business analyst or similar experience preferably with building and growing SaaS applications.
- Maintain command over several variably sized projects of varying types (reporting, data management, pilot process execution, collecting requirements), balancing your time throughout the day/week to drive both packaged and custom/intricate engagements forward on the plan.
- Proven track record to build strong cross-functional relationships with colleagues and partners and build influence within an organization that is brimming with strong opinions and deep expertise.
- Comfort with learning how to tackle and troubleshoot technical challenges and navigate new data formats.
- Ability to participate in strategic decisions and be resilient in the face of disagreement, changing business needs and structure, and failure; able to focus on the appropriate time horizon given the situation.
- Strong interpersonal skills: must be sharp, energetic, outspoken, and results-oriented; able to prioritize and focus in a constantly evolving environment.
- Demonstrated ability to understand user feedback and then take or recommend action on those findings.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Organizational, coordination, and prioritization skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done with time-sensitive requests
- English fluency is critical.
