People Operations Specialist

We’re eager for a People Operations Specialist to join our People Ops team in our Helsinki HQ!

You will be joining a team of five, with your own focus area being to provide exceptional HR support for our Supermetrics employees as well as making sure all our HR & global payroll processes are running smoothly.

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR and payroll enthusiast looking to join a growing, global company, with the goal of providing an excellent employee experience for all Supermetrics people. Our existing People Ops team has done an amazing job at creating modern, efficient and employee friendly processes, giving you the perfect base to continue your work with us. You will definitely have room to innovate with the support of your wider team!

📝 Your day-to-day work and responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating all administrative HR activities, covering all 10+ countries we have employees in, including:

  • Company HR system administration (we use HiBob)

  • Payroll coordination and working closely with our outsourced payroll services providers in all our offices

  • Time and attendance administration

• Documenting, maintaining and publishing HR processes and policies on our Employee Handbooks as well as implementing them in all our offices

• Acting as an HR advisor for our employees & managers

  • Being the main point of contact for HR questions from our employees and managers in all our countries

• Supporting the HR team in the implementation of new tools and systems

• Managing our DE&I community

💪 This role is for you if you have:

• At least two years of relevant professional experience in an operational HR position

• A good understanding of Finnish employment law and payroll policies; global HR experience is a plus

• A detail oriented and highly organized approach with the ability to juggle and prioritize daily tasks

• A structured, problem-solving and autonomous way of working

• Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English
