In a nutshell:
We are opening roles within the Strategic Operations team in our Paris office (with flexible WFH policy). This team leads and shapes transversal strategic projects across the company such as designing and implementing new processes or organizations, closely working with the M&A / Corporate Development team or working on the strategy and vision of Contentsquare. You will work closely with Contentsquare functional leaders across the organization, get direct exposure to the Contentsquare's executive leadership team and present your analysis directly to C-level members.

As a Strategic Project Manager, your role will include:

      • Working with the members of the leadership team to lead key strategic projects 
      • Performing analysis to inform decision making about a variety of topics (business expansion, operations, product offering, pricing, client satisfaction)
      • Monitoring and acting upon competitive insight, trends and market activities
      • Leading internal cross-team projects to maximize the efficiency of business procedures
      • Performing financial / strategic analysis of external companies
      • Contributing to the global roll out of new products and revenue lines to ensure successful go-to-market in the region
      • Communicating recommendations to senior management in a clear, concise and impactful way
 
This is an ideal position for an experienced candidate to learn first-hand how fast-paced tech start-ups work and train in the core skill set necessary to lead them through growth.

What you'll need to succeed:

    • Fluent in French and English is obligatory
    • Minimum 2 years of experience with a strong strategy / consultancy background
    • Experience working with senior collaborators and driving business operations/ governance
    • Experience in project managing cross functional teams
    • M&A and/or partnership development experience would be a plus!
    • Data analysis, strategy and excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional presentation skills, ability to multi-task and problem solve and ability to drive business transformation
    • Strategic, yet pragmatic – is able to ‘think big’ and to ensure changes are ambitious but achievable
    • Story-teller – communicates complex ops issues in a digestible way
    • Able to keep many plates spinning – can stay on top of a wide range of areas and projects, giving most attention to those that need it without neglecting others
    • Adaptable with a “can-do attitude” – is positive and proactive, and energised by working in a fast-paced environment characterised by constant change
    • A great manager – genuinely cares about team-members’ development and will invest heavily in this
