Team mission:

You will be a privileged actor for our visitors in Versailles. Enthusiastic and positive, you will participate in making their travel experience unique and unforgettable.  

You will:

• Greet and register customers at the shop in Versailles
• Inform customers about tours 
• Provide accurate information about local attractions and services
• Handle payments for extra activities and selling other products
• Handle admission tickets for the tours 
• Lead the groups to their guides 
• Manage online and phone reservations

Who you are:

• Strong customer service skills
• Good verbal skills, French and English are required (3rd language is a plus)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to remain calm in any situation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We offer:

• Monthly gross salary : 1833 euros
• Sunday hours +75%
• Public transportation fees covered up to 50%
• Lunch voucher (9 euros per day, covered up to 50%)
