We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and innovative HRBP to support our people in America! 

An experienced HR partner, who has a proven record of successfully wearing the many hats of HRBP, in global Hi-tech companies, preferably start-ups. 

This role is essential in successfully building our global team and culture.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Act as the regional HR Business Partner in AMR and be the main focal point for employees
  • Responsible for the full employee life cycle – from recruitment, through onboarding, and career development to offboarding
  • Support the company’s global expansion by building and expanding the required infrastructure to become a leading global employer
  • Globally scale current HR practices and leverage them to enhance the performance of our teams worldwide
  • Ensure our facilities support the needs of the growing team
  • Implement welfare activities for the global teams in coordination with Employee Experience Manager
  • Collaborate with the HR, Talent acquisition & People Ops teams on various projects; support the teams’ growth, interview candidates, recommend and implement policies, procedures, and process improvements for people programs
  • Foster company culture during its hyper-accelerated growth stage
  • Proactively identify organizational needs and offer HR solution

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience as an HRBP in global tech companies
  • Expert in employee conditions: labor laws, benefits etc.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and the full HR cycle: Recruitment, onboarding, performance management, consulting and mentoring, talent management, development, reward and retention, employee relations and employee engagement
  • Creative thinker, people person, ability to work independently and as part of a global team proactive, responsive and communicative
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills
  • Experience working under high pressure and tight deadlines
