Job description

Working with the Global Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager in;

  • Managing and monitoring the quality and environmental system to maintain AMCS certification through internal auditing and management of improvements and controls related to ISO 9001 and 14001 standards and SOC 1 and 2 reports.
  • Liaising with internal teams to Initiate, train, mentor and support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organisation including problem solving, change management and control and sustain practices.
  • Managing and monitoring risk using the risk evaluation process to track incidents, changes, security vulnerabilities, risks to support internal control requirements and any relevant legislation.
  • Maintaining of GDPR and global data protection practices and principles to ensure the organisation processes the personal data of its staff, customers, and providers in compliance with legislation.
  • Maintaining/Auditing Health and Safety legislation procedures and processes.
  • Development and management of global sustainability programs to monitor and reduce impact of AMCS operations.
  • Maintaining the Business Continuity Program including controlling relevant documentation and developing exercise strategies, training awareness and post incident reviews.
