The role

Since launching into retail in 2019, our sales have grown rapidly and in the latest 52 weeks, we’ve registered sales of £17.9m RSV. In the last 12 weeks, we added double the growth of any other functional beverage and Huel Chocolate has become the No.1 product in sports nutrition at RSV πŸ₯‡.

To help us accelerate our rapid growth into UK retail and continue our journey, we’re looking for a super-star sales leader to head up our UK retail expansion and quadruple our UK retail revenue over the next 3 years πŸš€.

Day-to-day you'll manage a direct team of 3 where your role will be to set and execute the UK retail strategy as well as scale the team for success. You'll build senior relationships with our customers and use this to deliver continued distribution growth through the team both in current and new retailer businesses and with NPD. You’ll be pivotal in setting our innovation strategy and will own the sales plan on how we introduce it to the market and embed it for the long term. You’ll also be responsible for establishing our category management function and our data acquisitionπŸ“ˆ.

What we're looking for in you

This role will best suit someone with circa 8 years + of experience working in FMCG sales with direct experience of Grocery, Convenience and Out of Home channels. You'll be someone who has a proven track record of scaling a brand and driving rapid distribution growth🌟.

You'll also have experience managing a decent-sized team and have the ability to deliver exceptional results through an engaged and fulfilled team. You'll be passionate about Huel and super excited about the prospect of driving growth over the coming few years πŸ“ˆ
