Job description
We are searching for the perfect person to become our new Chief Revenue Officer. Reporting to the Ski Group CEO, the Chief Revenue Officer is responsible for the achievement of the Ski Group’s objectives (Revenue and EBITDA), on all Ski destinations, in compliance with LC/Bramble Ski standards in terms of properties and customer experience.

i Group CEO in building a consistent budget with LC Group guidelines
Design the strategy, the roadmaps and the KPIs of sales and concierge teams to reach the target respecting the budget
Managment objectives
Ensure that teams are highly engaged to deliver exceptional service to guests and owners
Ensure teams have the resources, support and knowledge to achieve their goals
Support managers in recruiting and managing junior staff and interns
Follow-up main strategic sales or concierge projects
Efficiency objectives
Carry out projects to improve the tools and processes of the ops activities as recommended by the Business Operation team
Set up and consolidate reportings
Train sales and supply teams
Preferred experience
An EU/EEA passport and/or, a valid work permit
Fluent in English and French with excellent communication skills
Experience in the t
ravel or luxury industry
Several years of experience as a sales manager or similar position
Ability to listen, persuade and propose
Proven track record of managing organising teams
Result-driven and problem-solver spirit, analytical and rigorous
Proficient in using Excel, Google Sheets and other tech products/apps
Flexibility and an ability to adapt quickly to different requests
