YOUR DAILY WORKOUT
You are a passionate Event Manager, who is familiar with the organization of international events? You are a team player and you always put customers at center stage to give them an unforgettable customer experience? Then apply now and become part of our Event-Management Team in Munich!
  • You inspire our customers with the successful and structured preparation, onsite organization and follow-up of our international trade shows and events
  • You coordinate external agencies and service providers as well as internal departments, such as logistics, and ensure a seamless and clear communication amongst them 
  • You do research, negotiate with service providers, plan your event budget and are responsible for cost-efficient event implementation
  • You always keep track of the current planning status of your events and are responsible for the quality and time management of the project as well as subsequent success measurement
  • Together with your stakeholders, you develop event concepts and customer journeys that convince our existing and new customers of EGYM 
YOUR FITNESS LEVEL
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a project/event manager and have already managed larger events independently, ideally in international markets
  • You work in an extremely structured and independent way and even in stressful times you always keep the overview of your current projects
  • You have very good written and verbal English skills (C1-Level) and good French skills (B2-Level) to communicate with our french service providers
  • You are a great communicator and you can share all relevant information on point to superiors, colleagues and service providers
  • You are a teamplayer with a high level of responsibility, reliability and problem-solving skills
  • You like to travel to our events to lead and/or support them onsite (approx. 8-10 national and international events per year)
YOUR TRAINING GOAL FOR YOUR FIRST 6 MONTHS
  • You have successfully supported our national and international events and have already taken on your own projects
  • You got yourself familiar with the different EGYM markets
  • You are familiar with our way of working, our processes and your stakeholders and have integrated well into the team and the company
