Job Description

The Head of Sales Enablement is responsible for leading the sales enablement team and working closely with sales, sales operations, and marketing to ensure strategic alignment across all three functions.

As the Head of Sales Enablement, you will belong to the Sales Department and report to our VP Sales and be responsible for providing the tools, processes, practices, training, and content needed to support salespeople throughout the buyer's journey. A sales enablement manager's responsibilities include working collaboratively with sales, marketing, partners, and other key stakeholders to increase sales results and productivity.

Main missions and objectives
  • You define the team's roadmap and track performance versus these milestones
  • You Identify room for productivity & efficiency improvement of the Sales team
  • You ensure that all sales people are aware of all they need to know of, in order to perform their job well, including sales rules, resources, tools, processes & support functions
  • You take an active role in the coordination meetings between the sales, marketing, Sales Ops teams and other stakeholders
  • You collect, format and communicate best practices. Follow-up to make sure that the critical ones are lived throughout the sales organization
  • You are In charge to propose to the VP sales the Internal training plan and ensure the execution : Organize onboarding of new Sales, regular training on soft & hard skills on coordination with the Sales leaders. Develop sales playbooks where all relevant information is available. Track & measure impact of trainings
  • You are in charge of the management of one sales enablement specialist


Qualifications

  • You have 5+ years of direct experience in sales enablement and/or sales training
  • You have developed an expert ability to manage projects from concept to completion, and demonstrated high adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change
  • You have extensive functional knowledge of the Salesforce environment
  • You have highly developed training, presentation, and written communication skills
  • You have a very good ability to prioritize, synthesize, summarize
  • Experience in matrix organization and in working with/through local Sales managers and General managers is a plus
  • Fluency in english and french is a plus
  • Having a previous experience in team management is a plus
