Job Title: Senior Style Advisor

Reporting to: Brook Street Store Manager

Location: ME+EM Brook Street Store

Contract Type: Full time, 35 hours per week​

About the Role: 

The ME+EM Senior Style Advisor is a key holder. You responsible for delivering an authentic and memorable service approach. You work well in a dynamic team environment, are a clear communicator, able to multitask and can adapt to high and low traffic patterns. 

Your Responsibilities:

  • ​A leader to the Style Advisor
  • ​Provide the best experience through speed and accuracy.
  • Exemplary behaviour in time keeping, shop floor etiquette and customer relations.
  • Expert in product availability instore and online.
  • Be confident in navigating the customer, suggesting alternatives or fulfilling their product requests either within another store or online.
  • Promoting ‘one business’ mindset.
  • Build organic, loyal and long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Carryout personal styling sessions with confidence.
  • ​Exceptional confidence with styling, outfit building and recommendations.
  • ​Influence others with your knowledge.
  • Promote best practice processes.
  • Offer solutions to customer complaints or escalate if necessary to the management team.
  • Be confident with till functions and able to support others.
  • ​Process transactions, refunds and telephone orders confidentially. 
  • ​Embrace change and support the roll out of new systems.
  • Understanding the importance of data collection and ensuring GDPR is adhered to.
  • ​High level of telephone etiquette.
  • ​Maintaining store visual merchandising standards.
  • Replenishing stock and keeping the shop floor clean and tidy.
  • ​Assist with deliveries & stock recalls.
  • ​Being responsible for own H&S and ensuring H&S processes are followed in store.

Skills and Experience:

  • Candidates with 2 years experience in a customer facing role is preferred.
  • Highly organised
  • Has a desire to develop management skills
  • Team player and strong communication skills both verbal and written
