We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern CRM (all genders) to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in CRM management, marketing, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Support the CRM team to implement and manage the companies CRM strategy (cross-channel) including content management and technical creation of the campaign

• Perform A/B tests in the relevant CRM channels to improve campaigns

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns

• Analyze customer data to provide insights and recommendations for improving the customer experience

• Provide support for ongoing CRM system maintenance and data integrity

Requirements:

• Enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant field of study (Marketing, Business, Information Technology, etc.)

• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Advanced German language skills are a plus

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, agile environment
