The Role

We are looking for a HR Business Partner, Technology to join Plentific's People and Talent team. The role will be critical with helping us scale and align behind an evolving strategy. The role acts as a conduit and relationship manager for increasing performance in our global Technology team; providing proactive and responsive HR support in line with our continued mission to be a great place to work. You’ll be working closely with the People Director and wider People and Talent team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build a deep understanding of the strategies and priorities of Technology
  • Work closely with the Technology leadership team to drive the development and effectiveness of the structure and operating model
  • Actively build strong working relationships with managers, keeping managers informed of initiatives and translating business needs into practical solutions
  • Develop and share insights with the business and wider People and Talent team on issues and trends identified
  • Partner with People Operations and Talent Acquisition to help shape needs and collaborate on delivery and execution
  • Coach, influence and develop the thinking of Technology management around key people issues
  • Provide change management coaching and support as needed to facilitate change and growth
  • On an ongoing and cyclical basis: coach, lead, guide and project manage:
    • Performance management (probation, goal setting, check in’s and reviews)
    • Compensation reviews
    • Career development and promotions
    • Career levelling
    • Organisation and talent reviews
    • Colleague surveys
    • Mandatory and job family skills specific training
    • Succession planning
  • Assist in the development of the People strategy, providing proactive consultancy and coaching in order to help create, drive and sustain high performance teams in Technology.
  • Advise, influence and facilitate the effective management of change initiatives. E.g organisational design and restructuring and managing employee relations cases in Technology, with support from the People Operations team.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are implemented and communicated effectively to Technology
  • Actively lead Global projects

  • Passionate about working in a fast growth company and working with a diverse set of people
  • Proactively identify self development in order to increase HR expertise and knowledge; including keep up to date with HR best practice and

Knowledge and experience

  • Previous experience in a fast paced environment, preferably in Technology with proven experience as a generalist HR partner
  • Excellent ER and change experience and confidence in constructively challenging stakeholders
  • CIPD qualifications an advantage
  • Experience supporting remote workers
