Head of People Operations

Your role:
Within the last few years, Adjust grew from a start-up into a 500+ people organization. As Head of People Operations, you would be responsible on a global level for evaluating our existing organization's compensation and benefits programs and improving and adapting it to emerging needs and new trends. You will collaborate closely with the P&O Team and have a direct impact on our employee’s retention, satisfaction and well-being.
Your responsibilities:
- Evaluate on a regular basis the organization's compensation and benefits programs (i.e. competitive compensation plans, base & bonus pay, health and welfare and retirement benefits, education & personnel development budget, etc.)
- Coach and guide a growing team of HR Admin and HR Analytics (8 ppl+)
- Research on employee motivation, implementation of appealing rewards, and attractive bonus programs based on staff needs
- Establish best practices to attract high-performers and reduce turnover
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (HR Business Partners, VPs/department Heads, etc.)
- Implement and monitor HR Analytics to drive decisions
What you bring:
- Relevant HR (focus on Compensation & Benefits) experience in building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels (ideally in a fast-paced tech/product company)
- Team management experience
- Ability to think outside the box in order to identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees, esp. in the “new work era” (support us in becoming a no.1 employer/best place to work)?
- Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software (ideally with Workday)
- Familiarity with the German labor legislation (experience with other regions such as Americas or APAC would be a plus!)
- Agile mindset when it comes to feedback, continuous improvement, and learning
- Experience or familiarity with HR analytics is a big plus
- Business fluent English skills, German is a plus
