As an Insights analyst / Senior Insights Analyst you’ll be a critical part of our new Data & Analytics team. You will be in charge of generating and communicating business analysis to aid cross functional decision making. You will bring the rigor of analytical science along with the art of storytelling in order to create consumable insights that allow for dependable decision making to drive Threads forward.

You Will:

  • Working closely with the core Threads Data and Analytics team and across the business. You will be producing and presenting analysis around (but not limited to) brand partners performance, margin, and opportunities, marketing to sale correlation, customer behaviours, product performance and conversions
  • You will design, scope and create key reports to provide ongoing and ad hoc analysis throughout the week on sales, brands, to generate data-driven insights and opportunities
  • Work with Business Unit owners and the Commercial Director to set sales targets by quarter by department and by brand where relevant, tracking performance continuously
  • You will prepare materials, analysis and insights for external meetings as well as training materials for stakeholders


You Have:

  • Experience in an analytical / consulting role
  • Keen attention to detail both with numbers and presentation (excel & powerpoint)
  • Strong numerical and analytical focus with a background in business (e.g. maths, engineering, physics, chemistry, economics)
  • Comfortable extracting data from Tableau and basic exploring of data sources
  • Data analytics tools such as power BI, Looker & tableaux is a plus
  • SQL knowledge a plus but not essential
