As our Paid Media Marketing Senior Analyst, you will partner with the Marketing and Paid Media teams at a very exciting point in Zwift’s growth. You will be responsible for the continuous development of data and analytics approaches that enable the assessment of  marketing campaign performance, and deliver insights to maximise the effectiveness of marketing investments. The ideal person will possess an insatiable curiosity about the insights in our data, and be able to tell compelling stories to surface opportunities for the marketing teams. What you’ll do: 

  • Own the implementation and support of GA360, ensuring that tags, events and other key parameters are being set up to deliver accurate, meaningful data and marketing measurement capabilities
  • Translate business and marketing questions into a clear test roadmap, facilitate setup and extract actionable and relevant insights from the results
  • Coordinate work with data engineering and QA teams to deliver on data requirements, test implementations, and governance of marketing data sets and metrics
  • Surface opportunities to improve paid media measurement, metrics and attribution and to leverage customer insights for audience targeting and the development of new campaigns
  • Drive improvements in internal analytics and measurement tools and reports
  • Deal with industry partners and tech providers to deliver the best implementation and functionalities
  • Partner with the Paid Media team to help plan and execute marketing campaign measurement across all channels
  • Become the point of contact for the Paid Media team for all things Analytics

What we’re looking for: 

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics for a digital business, subscription business, or marketing agency
  • Demonstrated experience with attribution studies, multi-channel analysis and strong focus on marketing effectiveness
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and experience in structuring business problems into an analytics plan
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate insights to a wide range of audiences
  • Hands on experience with marketing analytics and measurement tools and methods, including implementation and troubleshooting
  • Expert in statistics and the use of Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Attribution, Campaign Manager, Big Query, Segment and Funnel.io

Bonus points: 

  • Demonstrated capabilities in experimentation, or applications of data science to marketing measurement and optimization
  • Passion for cycling, running, triathlons and/or experienced Zwifter
  • Passion for video games
