Pricing Associate
The Opportunity
We are looking for a fantastic Pricing Associate to support the Category Management and Buying Teams.
Well targeted promotions and seasonal sales are an important part of LoveCrafts’ success - driving a significant part of our revenue and customer retention - so this role is critical to our success.
On the promotions side, You will be responsible for setting up promotions in our systems: making sure we have the right coupon codes, sale pricing, landing pages, start dates, conditions and discounts.
On the pricing side, You will be responsible for monitoring competitor prices (using third party tools) across our most important products and geographies to ensure that we remain price competitive. When we make price changes then you will implement them. You will also track our margins to help us set discounts for promotions & work with Category Manager to implement department Pricing Strategies.
You will receive first class training from a smart, kind team
What you'll be doing:
Preparing the weekly summary of products, pricing, cost price and margin by website and currency
Set-up promotions on websites: coupon codes, landing pages, sale pricing
Monitor competitor pricing on key products and suggest and implement changes to our pricing to reflect competitor behaviour
Update exchange rates in our platform
Respond to comments from customers on pricing on promotions
Who you are:
