German-speaking Email Marketing Executive
The opportunity
We’re looking for an ambitious digital marketer with excellent German language skills to join our CRM team. Part of a team of 5, you will take ownership of our German emails to help drive revenue and engagement in this market.
Your role will include planning, creating, testing and analysing different campaigns, with plenty of opportunities to develop and progress in our smart and kind team.
This is a full-time permanent role for candidates based in Ukraine, working remotely during the covid-19 pandemic and will be based in Kyiv in future.
What you’ll be doing
Translating copy into German for our marketing emails, as well as some creative writing in German
Working as part of the CRM team to create engaging and compelling emails for our customers in German
Proof-reading and testing email campaigns in German and English, ensuring copy and links are correct
Working collaboratively with the Marketing and other teams to tailor the content, offers and products in our emails to the German market
Developing testing and optimisation plans to improve email performance
Analysing email campaigns against established metrics to determine what works and what doesn’t with different consumers
Reporting on email campaign performance to the team and wider business to share results and learnings
Who you are
Excellent English and German language skills, with an ability to write engaging and effective copy in German
1-2 years experience in digital marketing, ideally in email marketing
Fantastic time and project management skills
You’re a team player and love generating new and exciting ideas with a wider team
Excellent attention to detail, ideally with some experience of proof-reading or testing marketing materials or emails
Analytical, with good Excel skills
