This is an exciting opportunity for someone to help run our fast-growing Creative department. We are looking for an enthusiastic and aspiring person who is team oriented with an acute eye for detail.


Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, your main tasks will be related to the procurement or production, inventory, care and maintenance of all products and props associated with Creative Shoots. This will include bringing in and returning samples to PR agencies, Brands and / or stores; following a check/in check out process ensuring all stock items are booked in at each stage; and checking that all received and returned items meet the highest standards of quality. Ultimately you will be responsible for prepping products before and after shoots, while ensuring damage is minimised, to drive our content.


You Will:

  • Take photos of products and reconcile data relating to orders in internal systems
  • Work with Stylists, Videographers, Production and Content Curators to ensure products are handled correctly during shoots
  • Work with multiple team members to ensure products are processed for creative shoots
  • Be aware of where all samples and inventory are at any given moment
  • Ensure damage is minimised throughout our shoots and report weekly status, to drive our content

You Have:

  • The ability to excel under variable and changing demands
  • Problem solving abilities in a fast paced environment
  • Experience with luxury goods (essential)
  • Previous experience in Quality Control, Stock Control or Production is desirable but not essential
  • Versatile and team-oriented
  • Experience with NetSuite an advantage
