Your role:

As an Employer Branding Specialist you’ll be the bridge between our Talent Acquisition team and the Marketing department. Your goal is to push Adjust’s visibility and position our organisation as a great employer in the market. Next to external Employer Marketing you are also in charge of developing internal “Brand ambassadors'' who spread the word about this awesome place to work.

 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Develop a strategy, communication concept and timeline for our employer brand in close collaboration with the Marketing Team
  • Conception, design and content creation for the career page and social media channels including regular updates & maintenance
  • Organize and promote internal and external events such as conferences or meetups
  • Build our Adjust Tech brand and help to develop ambassadors for our company and engineering culture 
  • Driving diversity initiatives within Adjust
  • Providing Onboarding sessions with a detailed explanation of Adjust’s values and beliefs while continually improving our Onboarding Package and production of goodies 
  • Pushing our Junior Program (building collaboration/networks with universities, etc.) to attract Working Students or Juniors
  • Manage candidate reviews from Glassdoor
  • Organise activities which solidify team work and company's togetherness 

 

What you bring: 

  • 2-3 years experience in Employer Branding
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize different projects at the same time
  • Effective stakeholder management in order to create a lasting relationships between internal and external stakeholders
  • Ideally experience in Talent Acquisition (Tech recruiting) to understand the challenges and dynamics of the market, as well as the candidate journey
  • Team player and a trusted listener
  • An open-minded and tolerant perspective as well as receptiveness to feedback and a high sense of cultural awareness
  • Excellent communication skills in English, German language skills are a plus
