Your role: 

Within the last few years, Adjust grew from a start-up into a 500+ people organization. As HR Systems Manager you would be responsible for managing, maintaining and constantly improving our HRIS system Workday on a global level. As our subject matter expert you will be the key internal resource for all stakeholders, collaborating closely with the People & Organization Team to have a direct impact on all of our employee’s day to day. Besides being our Workday magician, your responsibilities include support for projects and operational activities (i.e. creating and analyzing data, training staff and troubleshooting issues).


Your responsibilities: 

  • Upgrade processes, deployment and testing of new functionality and further system implementations or integration projects to further develop and enhance Adjust’s use of Workday 
  • Design, configure and maintain the HRIS in support of the organization’s data management and reporting needs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define business requirements
  • Facilitate the execution of system changes (updates, new configurations) and participate in testing
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of organizational data within the HRIS for the entire employee life cycle to build meaningful reports and analyze this data
  • Review, assess and recommend improvements to HRIS workflows and processes, user experience, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policies
  • Research system issues/unexpected results/process flaws and recommend solutions
  • Provide functional system support, end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation and escalation management, and monitor reoccurring issues
  • Maintain knowledge of current trends in system requirements, releases and other HR technologies to enhance and improve efficiency in HR operations and service to employees


What you bring:

  • 3-5 years of HRIS experience (any tools) and well as strong practical Workday experience
  • In depth functional experience with one or more modules of an HRIS (i.e. Payroll, ATS, Learning Management System, Benefits, Compensation, Report Writer, etc.)
  • Good understanding of HR functional areas, practices, reporting needs and data analysis
  • Strong attention to detail paired with the ability to work well independently and under pressure
  • Experience working cross-functionally with different stakeholders with a high responsiveness to business needs
  • Strong organizational skills, a structured work manner and ability to balance multiple daily tasks and long-term strategic projects
  • Excellent business acumen and sovereignty to communicate succinctly and professionally within and outside of the organization
