We are looking for a full-time Project Manager to be part of our fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic comms team. We need someone with the skills, experience, and personality to keep lots of plates spinning at the same time. In this role, you support the planning of the day-to-day operational aspects of our projects and help organize some of our bigger events. You will co- create briefings, keep close to other teams to assess internal feasibility and you’ll make sure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget. You will also be responsible for the creation of new brand and PR assets, such as animated videos and press kits, and managing our freelance blog editor. On top of that you'll be able to have a great impact on the team in creating a more organized way of working together between our Amsterdam, London, New York and LA offices.
It is important that you have a good understanding of what it takes to bring a project to life. That means a clear understanding of some basic design programs and the requirements of our in-house creative studio. On the day-to-day, you’ll be working closely with everyone in the comms team, as well as the marketing team, external production parties and agencies, and oversee project timelines. You’ll work closely with our Operations team to anticipate the required resources.
