About the role and about You:

As our CRM & Campaign Marketing Analyst, you will partner with the CRM, campaign, and email marketing teams at a very exciting point in Zwift’s growth. You will be responsible for measuring the performance of multi-channel campaigns and developing insights to inform acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. The ideal person will possess an insatiable curiosity about the insights in our data, and be able to tell compelling stories to surface opportunities for the CRM team. What you’ll do:

  • Partner with the CRM team to help plan and execute marketing campaign measurement across email, push and direct mail channels
  • Establish KPIs, frameworks, and analyses to track the performance of multi-channel marketing campaigns and to provide insights into the drivers of growth
  • Develop media and customer insights around customer acquisition, engagement, and retention that inform campaign, targeting, and audience strategies
  • Own the development of customer traits and audiences for use in CRM campaigns
  • Help build a culture of test and learn by partnering on the development of testing roadmaps, analyzing the results of A/B tests, and sharing insights into the results
  • Drive improvements in internal analytics and measurement tools and reports

What you'll have:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, CRM, or customer analytics for a digital business, subscription business, or marketing agency
  • Experience with synthesizing large scale data sets to generate insights and recommendations
  • Experience working with data engineering and QA engineers/analysts to define new data requirements, test implementations, streamline data operations and drive data governance
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and experience in structuring business problems into an analytics plan
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate insights to a wide range of audiences
  • Skilled in statistics and the use of Excel, SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Comfortable working with marketing automation tools such as, SendGrid, or Twilio
  • Experience with email analytics, A/B testing and holdout test methodologies, and developing research/analytics insights to inform customer lifecycle management opportunities

  • Familiarity with Optimizely, Google Analytics and 
  • Passion for cycling, running, triathlons and/or experienced Zwifter
  • Passion for video games
