In a few words

 

We are looking for a Digital Acquisition Manager based in our Office in Paris.

You will join the West Europe Marketing team that feeds the SDR & Sales team in 5 countries : France (80%), Belgium, Italy, Spain & Portugal.

Your challenge: Amplify the digital acquisition on our markets thanks to multi channel digital campaigns.

 

Your missions:




Paid (60%):




    • Define and implement our brand awareness and acquisition strategy on our Paid media channels (SEA, DISPLAY, PAID SOCIAL, VIDEO ADS, PROGRAMMATIC)

    • Manage and set up our paid social campaigns on our ads platform (Facebook ads & LinkedIn ads)

    • Manage our partner agencies and challenge their actions and their results

    • Manage and optimize our monthly acquisition budgets

    • Work with our internal teams (graphic design, video, content) on the creation of our campaign’s assets

    • Monitor and analyze daily the performance KPIs of our ads, campaigns & audiences

    • Implement testing strategy (new channels, Landing page, A/B tests, path and conversion tests)







Inbound & Social (30%):




    • Co-write the SEO strategy for our French/Italian/Spanish website & manage the operational implementation by the team

    • Develop the Social Media strategy implemented by the team







Management & Reporting (10%):




    • Directly manage 2 people: our Inbound Content Manager and our Growth Marketing Apprentice

    • Benchmark new market trends/growth hack (social selling etc.)

    • Implement dashboards & Report on performance







What you'll need to succeed:




    • Fluent English and French Required (international work environment)

    • At least 4-6 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Growth Marketing

    • Experience in Tech / B2B, ideally SaaS

    • Expertise: Growth experimentation, Analytics, SEO, SEA, Paid Social, Automation, Social Selling, CRM, Wordpress, Hubspot, Salesforce,...

    • Project management skills: ability to prioritize and deliver quality work in a short time frame

    • Creativity

    • A first experience in management will be a bonus!
