Job Description
Your contributions to the team will be the following:
Data: collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative product data enabling the entire organization to make the most of your insights.
Goals: set product adoption and success goals for product managers and teams.
Effectiveness: identify areas of friction or pain related to getting products to market and implement strategies to increase the effectiveness of the organization.
Strategy: fosters cross-departmental collaboration around the product, and use your product insights to identify areas for improvement and inform business decisions.
Trusted advisor: by providing product information to key decision-makers, be an important advisor to product and engineering leadership
Tools: Manage the product tech stack, establish internal best practices, and ensure team members are using tools effectively.
Qualifications
- Excellent data analytics skills
- Superior communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- A passion for delivering an outstanding user experience
- Experience executing cross-functional work
- 5+ years of experience working in tech in product management, product ops or another operational role working closely with product and engineering teams
- BSc/MSc degree or MBA from a top-tier school
