Who We Need:

Malwarebytes is looking for a passionate Experimentation Program Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. You will help us with our mission to increase monetization of our consumer free/trial user base through rapid experimentation of monetization and optimization strategies via a dedicated agile global growth pod. Reporting into the Monetization Lead, you will support a smooth execution of our cross-functional optimization efforts across Website, Shopping Carts and Products.

What You’ll Do:

  • Help to execute cross-functionally against the quarterly experimentation pipeline
  • In specific focus on defining the schedule, requirements, resource plans, integration plans, and proactively identify/address potential setbacks
  • This includes end to end coordination of experimentation throughout our Website, Web and In-Product Shopping Carts, desktop and mobile product in our US core market as well as internationally
  • Be part of continuously planning new experimentation ideas
  • Assess and continuously improve processes related to experimentation management and implementing new monetization strategies
  • Working with remote teams

Skills You’ll Need to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of project or program management experience
  • Experience with a data-driven mindset (analytical thinking) and the ability to experiment, learn quickly, and improve based on failures
  • Experience in (subscription) software products
  • Excellent knowledge of PMI project management and Agile best practices, (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience with Program management tools, e.g. Smartsheet
  • Advanced familiarity with Jira
  • Excellent collaborative skills – a team player
  • Excellent English and communication skills (written and verbal)
