Who We Need:

Join our International Sales team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing outbound Sales Development Representatives who are responsible for building out accounts in our CRM system, cold calling prospective Malwarebytes clients & qualify leads. We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and articulate team manager who is passionate about sales coaching and excited to evangelize the Malwarebytes vision.

What You’ll Do:

Staffing and Performance

  • Screen, interview, and hires candidates per the hiring process
  • Motivate the team to perform at their best
  • On-boards SDR’s for first 90 days period to insure there is a smooth transition into a full quota
  • Set expectations for the team and insures the SDRs are on target to hit goals
  • Report appropriate metrics for SDR Director to review for tracking toward goal and monthly compensation reporting
  • Provide feedback to SDR Director on performance of the team and efficiencies of the processes being followed
  • Conducts weekly 1:1s and reinforces individual goals and helps fill the gap where the team might fall short of the goal
  • Reviews annual performances
  • Consistently motivates the team to find bold, ethical, creative ways to over-achieve


  • Communicate to upper management with a SDR staffing/alignment plan for the quarter
  • Communicate timely and appropriate changes or directions to the team that they can follow
  • Communicates areas of strengths and opportunities to improve when necessary
  • Has on-going discussions with sales management, marketing, account executives, directors to ensure there is alignment between execution strategy and goals

Sales Enablement

  • Train SDRs on messaging refinement and sales development execution strategy
  • Assist new SDRs in first 60 days on the phone, as needed
  • Share industry knowledge with the team
  • Demonstrate what it means to be a good corporate citizen and be an example of how SDR’s should be acting professionally in the workplace
  • Make recommendations to improve processes and add technologies that can help our SDR team scale

Skills You’ll Need to Have:

  • 2+ years of outbound SDR management experience
  • Strong understanding of outbound pipeline generation
  • Enthusiastic and vibrant attitude; expert communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
  • Analytical mindset comfortable generating reports and identifying trends in data
  • Outstanding time management skills
  • Adept at adopting and rolling out new enablement technologies
  • Proficiency and Sales Loft
