Who We Need:

In alignment with overall business priorities, the IT and Security teams deliver day-to-day operational support of our global employees and infrastructure. We are running multiple projects in conjunction with our Engineering and Cloud Operations groups, to ensure our processes and systems can scale appropriately to meet the company’s future growth.   As a Sr. IT Program Manager, you will be an integral member of the IT Project Management Office (PMO)  team working to execute urgent cross-functional initiatives. This position can be a fully remote, work from home position. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead day-to-day management of infrastructure services-related projects to completion by managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality
  • Develop and manage project plans and time/cost projections, recommending and processing changes as appropriate; identify and allocate resources and prioritize tasks to ensure objectives are met
  • Collaborate tightly with the Engineering PMO and other internal groups to understand requirements, provide expert advice on effort estimates and overall project feasibility, secure appropriate resourcing from cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment of project with organizational objectives
  • Create and own multiple project plans including schedule, budget, deliverables, and reporting
  • Collaborate effectively in business partner relationships, communicating clearly with business stakeholders through status reporting and project update meetings
  • Bring knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile Project Management methodologies, processes and tools, including scope management, schedule management, cost management, quality management, resource management, procurement, change management, risks management, issues management
  • Build mitigation plans, anticipating issues and risks and actively re-plan with project owners and stakeholders and reset expectations throughout project delivery
  • Be viewed as an authority by partners within IT, Security, and across the business and bring a communication style that builds confidence and alignment with the team
  • Coordinate efforts with vendors on implementation projects
  • Participate in an open, transparent, and collaborative manner

Skills You’ll Need to Have:

  • 6+ years’ experience as an IT Project/Program Manager with experience leading small to medium cross-functional projects
  • 4+ years hands-on experience managing and implementing infrastructure projects 
  • Experience leading projects within a mixed Waterfall/Agile delivery environment
  • Networking, Data Center, Cloud, and Security Project Management experience is a must
  • Tolerant of ambiguity and the flexibility to work well in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills (written and oral), including the ability to present to executives
  • Strong organizational planning skills and understanding of project management concepts
  • Effective at building relationships across organizations and with key decision makers
  • Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
