As Marketing and Communications Manager, you report to the CEO and will have full responsibility for defining and leading our B2B operational marketing activity, covering a wide range of topics; SEO, Inbound & Outbound, Media, Referencing, Communication...

You operate on a worldwide scope, and your missions are as follows:


Develop and implement operational marketing (Outbound, Inbound)

Translate this strategy into operational actions (events, marketing campaigns, content, etc.) to help generate leads.

Monitor, Measure, analyze the various campaigns and actions and suggest areas for improvement.

Manage the various medium-term projects (tool test, new campaign system ...) and carry out the day before.

To complete your missions, you will work hand in hand with the other members of the management committee, the Product & Marketing team, all in coordination with the sales and Inside sales teams.

Contribution to the integration of CRM data into Salesforce.


Develop and implement the communication strategy:

Management and outreach of the Intersec brand.

Improve our digital strategy, SEO as part of the implementation of customer acquisition actions: inbound marketing and "lead generation" online advertising, nurturing campaigns, events & interventions, trade fair, webinars, sales support.

Continuous improvement of the brand image: content marketing: white papers, customer testimonials, community management, press relations, participation in the Awards, institutional communication: web, social networks and "press release."

Budget management & monitoring and analysis of KPIs.

Internal communication.

Marketing and communication challenges in 2021?

Improve the productivity of our "lead generation" strategy with the sales team.

Website redesign.

Enrich our digital communication.

Implementation of new product sheets and production of product infographics.

Enhance the graphic charter.


You have a solid experience in marketing and communication, 5/10 years of experience in a B2B technological context.

Experience with an international software publisher is a plus.

You have a good command of inbound marketing and lead generation.

Your excellent writing skills and your ease in formulating ideas and writing impactful content and stories are among your best assets.

You are recognized for your pragmatism and your taste for detail.

A true business partner, you like to design and implement your ideas with care.

You are autonomous in nature and able to define, monitor and deploy strategies according to identified needs.

You know how to combine rigor, organization, agility and creativity.

Fluent in English and French.
