Job Description

We are looking for a Reporting and Sales Operations Analyst reporting to the Strategy and Planning Manager.

It is a unique opportunity to join a booming Software Business environment in a role that will directly impact business agility and success.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • KPI definition and monitoring around Sales results.
  • Review, Analyze and help steer Business reporting processes and structure on Sales activities, Sales efficiency, Sales results, Conversion rate & pricing.
  • KPI definition and monitoring around Marketing results.
  • Support the marketing with the definition, delivery and analysis of leading &lagging indicators related to lead, campaigns & pipeline.
  • Manage the reporting platform (Einstein analytics / Tableau CRM) to ensure user access right, data refresh, speed optimization.
  • Project drive on Key projects mainly related to reporting. For example, integration of data from a new system we are introducing.


  • Master’s Degree in business systems, computer science, information technology, or related field. 
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role.
  • Experience with a reporting tool a must, Einstein analytics /Tableau CRM a plus.
  • High Analytical curiosity - Enjoy playing “Helicopter” Analytics and deep dive into core data source.
  • Process & System minded. Basic coding skills.
  • Business Savvy – Understand Business processes, challenges and requirements.
  • Passion for Business support, and extra mile mindset will be key differentiator in candidate selection.
  • Sense of ownership Result driven.
  • Problem solving & Prioritization skills.
  • Team player - Interpersonal communication skills.
  • Multi tasks in fast paced environment.
  • Understand Data Management criticality.
  • Fluent English a must, Fluent French a plus.
  • Strong command on Microsoft Office a must.
