Job Description

As our Senior Marketing Operations Manager you’ll be central to our goals for pipeline domination. With a record that speaks for itself, you’re already an expert in using platforms like Marketo and Salesforce.com and have experience managing integrations with a myriad of marketing technologies while seamlessly tackling the requirements and needs of the business and turning them into smart and strategic processes and utilizations of the tech stack.  

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented professional to provide strategic guidance, and operational rigor related to our MarTech stack with a primary focus of Marketo. You will join as a driven, highly collaborative teammate who loves systems, processes, and data, and is energized by fast-paced environments. If you’re ready to take on a new role and expand your visibility and ownership within Marketing Operations and are stoked to work in fast-paced and nimble team, we want to hear from you! 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage our Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo) providing key insights to drive overall strategy  
  • Develop and manage our database strategy including data hygiene, segmentation, database analysis and acquisition  
  • Work in tandem with our analytics team to tell the top of funnel story to global marketing and sales leadership 
  • Assist in our MarTech evaluation and selection process; execute integration to the full stack, and optimization  
  • Document our hard and soft internal processes and lead the team in a shift to proactive documentation and drive enablement of our internal tools and be a leader in change management and communications for marketing 
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise from various business partners relating to data errors, system workflows, and platform inconsistencies (work with team members to identify root causes and recommend sound solutions) 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing or related area desired 
  • 5+ years of marketing operations and marketing automation experience, Marketo preferred 
  • Strong process & analytical mindset; detail-oriented and passionate about working with a fast-growing global marketing team, ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects 
  • Knowledge and impact of global data privacy regulations and industry compliance, knowledge of GDPR required
