Job Description

Nexthink is looking for a Technical Copywriter to reinforce the Product Education team at its headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland.

You will join a team of educators, passionate about teaching and technology. When users of Nexthink need to learn about product functionalities, they turn to the documentation and e-learning made by this team. In our team, we are building the elevator in “Charlie and the Great Glass Elevator”; an efficient way for people to move up in their careers while being fully engaged in the experience we offer.

As Technical Copywriter, you should love writing in English as this is your primary tool for teaching. Together with a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for documenting new features rigorously and managing the release notes. You will also be the guardian of the official product terminology; your colleagues will rely on your guidance and you will proofread customer-facing material produced by Product Management.

Do you feel a particular sensitivity to the different ways one can teach? Does a speech from Sal Khan make you feel like changing traditional education? The Product Education team looks forward to your new ideas and passion to improve our education offering.

  • Knack to cheer up colleagues on a rainy day
