Job Description

  • Analyze the customer needs, goals and constraints in order to advice the best possible integration between Nexthink and external systems; 
  • Design, implement, deliver and validate integrations between Nexthink and third-party software such as communication tools, productivity tools, service management tools, etc; 
  • Maintain the highest code quality standards and help the team to improve its best practices; 
  • Work with the agile iterative/incremental mindset; 
  • Plan and coordinate the test phase, from the unit test to the system integration test; 
  • Analyze performance bottlenecks and stability issues; 
  • Document the solutions and architecture according to our standards; 
  • Ability to drive complex projects with minimal oversight, delivering and refining features iteratively; 
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs; 
  • Participate in the product release delivery process and in L3 support and bug fixes. 


  • 5+ years’ experience in software development 
  • Strong programming skills and ability to code in Java, JavaScript (Micronaut is a plus);
  • Good experience with front-end development (React/Typescript)
  • Proven experience with micro-services, REST; 
  • Good knowledge of object-oriented programming languages.
  • Good experience in container ecosystem (Docker) and Automated Build Systems (Jenkins); Kubernetes is a plus;
  • Strong refactoring abilities, attention to details and test automation; 
  • Strong motivation for complex challenges and learning new technologies; 
  • Teamwork and collaboration are part of your DNA. Excellent communication skills; 
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written). 
  • BSc/MSc in Engineering or Computer Science is a plus; 
  • Experience delivering using agile/lean principles is a plus;
