This is a brand new role for our growing People Experience team that to work very close with the entire team and report directly to our People Specialist. Together you will help achieve operational excellence by providing Threads with a comprehensive people administration service including 360 support as the first point for people support queries whilst using your super administrative powers to maintain an accurate People database (HiBob- it’s great), ensuring as a business, we are fully compliant and always staying two steps ahead of the competition. As when it comes to our people processes and experience, we are always ahead of the game!

 

The People Operations Coordinator will, above all, be detail orientated, motivated and personable. They will be passionate about creating a spectacular employee experience, streamlining our processes with automation and are always doing the basics brilliantly. You will always have the support of the wider People Experience function but you will work proactively and self-sufficiently in the work you do.

 

We’re a very friendly bunch, dogs are our mascots and we also like a good netflix recommendation during our morning catch ups!

Requirements

You Will:

  • Support with maintaining the integrity of our People database HiBob, keeping all data accurate and up-to-date
  • Provide support to all new joiners to give a streamlined onboarding and probation process
  • Ownership over the operational processes around the employee lifecycle, ensuring files are created, maintained and up-to-date
  • Provide support with payroll and pension changes for the UK
  • Create content and copy to assist with our employee branding across all our social channels, always being a brand ambassador for Threads Talent
  • Oversee our internal people support inbox for all employee queries
  • Be a benefits ambassador by making sure all new starters understand what fantastic benefits are on offer to them!

 

You Have:

  • HR experience in a fashion, e-commerce and technology industry
  • Basic knowledge of UK employment law and working practices
  • Been working towards a CIPD qualification
  • Supported with benefits administration
  • Experience working with HRIS
  • Experience in an People Administrator position
  • The ability to use Threads tone of voice
  • An empathetic people approach with all audiences face-to-face and in writing including judging sensitive & confidential matters
