Due to the expansion of the organisation we are looking to recruit Sales Development / Account Based Marketing Representatives to join our team.

 

One Nordic language and English are essential.

 

Considering candidates that will work from our office in Amsterdam, alternatively work remotely from another location in the Nordics, or be willing to relocate to our Headquarters' in Limerick (Ireland)

The position is a good stepping stone for qualifying for promotion to other sales and marketing roles after a certain introduction period.

AMCS will provide extensive training and mentorship to set you up for success.

 

Responsibilities

Reporting to the EMEA Sales Hub Manager and collaborating closely with local marketing and local enterprise sales executives focusing on the Nordics Market, you will be responsible for; 

  • Sales Development
  • Inbound Leads & Opportunity Creation
  • Outbound calling and creation of awareness and interest among target accounts and named prospects
  • Responsible for all inbound enquiries – Web, Registration, Webinar, Tradeshows etc
  • Hold initial discovery conversations with leads and establish intent to go to the next steps of the buying process
  • Build and maintain the database of new market opportunities (companies and contacts) within the main focus verticals and segments to be used for campaigns

 

Essential Requirements

  • AP, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (typically from business school or academy), strong interest in IT
  • Fluency in English and one Nordic language is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
  • Confident on the phone and in online meeting scenarios
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Aptitude for value-based selling
  • Salesforce CRM experience a distinct advantage
  • Experience within a SaaS/B2B environment preferred.
