Brandwatch is looking for a Partnerships Solutions Consultant: someone passionate about technology and business, who wants to support the development and constant improvement of our partner ecosystem.

Working closely with our Partner Managers, and multiple other teams within Brandwatch, you will be a key stakeholder in the expansion and development of our partner ecosystem as well as evangelizing the Brandwatch product suite to our Partners, their clients and their prospects.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with our Partners, ensuring they are fully up to date on Brandwatch Products, our Roadmap and Value Proposition, and prefer Brandwatch Solutions to alternatives.
  • Build and own technical enablement strategies and programs for our Partners’ commercial teams.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our Partners’ Products, Solutions and Services.
  • Work with new and existing Partners to refine current, and develop new, Joint Value Propositions based on the needs of our clients. Work with our Partner Marketing Manager to articulate these and develop collateral to share with clients and prospects.
  • Champion integration concepts and build workflows to demonstrate their value
  • Act as the voice of Partnerships team in regard to ecosystem, integrations and Joint Value Propositions to the rest of the business.
  • Support the technical side of the sales journey for our most strategic, Partner-led opportunities.
  • Develop and manage pre-built demo environments for all key Technology Partners, that can be used by the Sales and Partnership teams to demo Partner products as needed.
  • Find ways to continually maximize efficiencies in the technical sales process and support sales results across the global partnerships team
  • Mentor junior members of the Partner Solutions team
  • Develop and maintain strong internal / cross departmental relationships with Product, Direct Solutions Consulting, Engineering and Product Marketing.
Requirements/Experience:
  • 2-3 years in a pre-sales / technology solutions role, preferably with a partnership focus.
  • Commercial focus, ability to prioritize work by its potential to deliver commercial outcomes.
  • Familiarity with the digital marketing ecosystem, SaaS technologies, and platform integrations a plus.
  • Affinity for cross-team collaboration and driving organizational change.
  • An ability to manage project scope and delivery timelines across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
