What you will do as a Marketing Data Analyst:

    • Develop measurement strategy, and build reports and visualizations with marketing key metrics to help the team understand the effectiveness of different campaigns (Conversions, ROI, etc.)
    • Perform deep dive analysis to understand drivers of marketing performance and generate insights for future campaigns
    • Monitor marketing KPIs, work to explain deviations from norm and what we can learn from them
    • Deliver sophisticated analyses to senior leadership that bring thoughtful evaluation of data
    • Partner with Growth & Performance team to analyse CAC/LTV 
    • Proactively identify gaps and opportunities for marketing teams to automate reporting and data collection processes and use data to eventually drive revenue
    • Work with internal teams (Product, Customer Success, etc.) to gather client benchmark data and other insights to be used in Marketing campaigns


      • Strong SQL - confident writing complex SQL queries
      • Passionate analytics practitioner that powers strategies with objective analytics.
      • Experience 3+ years extracting insights from data to inform decision making, and a strong understanding of interplays of different acquisition marketing channels
      • Excellent organizational, project and time management, communication, and presentation skills
      • Proven attention to detail
      • Comfortable with Google Data studio or other similar data visualization software
      • Expert proficiency with Excel/Gsheets
      • Basic understanding of marketing KPIs, as well as attribution
      • Familiarity with Hubspot, Salesforce , Google Analytics, and other MarTech
      • Should be able to quickly digest or develop a new KPI, ask the right questions, and effectively interpret and act on what it's telling you and what it's not telling you.
      • Self-starter who is comfortable setting the agenda and owning follow through with minimal oversight
      • Inquisitive and Proactive. Always asking yourself "How can I make this better?"
