Who We Need:


The role is to identify, recruit and on-board MSP partners and grow the partner ecosystem.  Working closely with the distributors as well as the global channel team the focus of the role is to increase the MSP partner network, which in turn is to develop longer term revenue. The role also involves managing existing MSP partner relationships. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from initial partner qualification to close. You will be responsible for selling from the company's existing portfolio of products that are available under the MSP Program.  You will be responsible for cold calling prospecting, effectively managing a geographical territory, pipeline creation, accurate forecasting and meeting/exceeding your sales targets.



What You'll Do:


  • Building strong business relationships to ensure the highest levels of customer service and retention
  • Recruit and enable at least 30 new MSP partners each quarter
  • Be involved with on-boarding and provide consistent updates to partners – this will include webinars, product demonstrations, training sessions so that partners can go to market with correct messaging
  • Strengthen relationships within MSP partner base and continue to grow account acquisition
  • Proactively working with partners to make them aware of new technical advancements or options that might be relevant and of interest to them
  • New customer acquisition skills - happy to cold call & prospect
  • Brilliant work ethic to work in a team environment
  • Work collaboratively with partners, distributors and colleagues
  • Any experience selling SI, Cloud and IT Managed Services is desired but not essential
  • Outstanding territory account planning skills and motivation - you will need to be self-driven, understand the required KPI's and activities to be successful in this style of role and know how to manage your day/week/time without being hand held
  • Superior presentation and communications skills 
  • Effectively respond to partner queries and ensure exceptional satisfaction and levels of service
  • Excellent objection handling skills
  • Assist and co-ordinate internal and external marketing activities
  • Maintain an accurate and up to date partner database in SFDC
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to learn quickly and grasp new concepts and procedures
  • Attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and Salesforce
