Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to strengthen our Headquarter Operations in Lausanne.

As part of the Quote to Cash workstream, this role will work closely with all Sales and Marketing functions, Finance and Customer Success organization.

It is a unique opportunity to join a booming Software Business environment in a role that will directly impact business agility and success.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Develop a team of 6.
  • Responsible for all Controls over Company’s booking (SFDC).
  • Responsible for Bookings accuracy and reliability used for results and attainments.
  • Accountable for Audit support and Internal controls.
  • Responsible for all Billing / Invoicing of License, Subscription and Service contracts (NETSUITE).
  • Responsible for License operations (Customer Delivery, Demos, tests...).
  • Responsible for Contract renewals process management and invoicing.
  • Accountable for Credit Management and Cash Collection / Forecast.
  • Lead and Monitor Sales Operations queues (case management 1st level End user support tickets which includes trouble shooting, process training, bug escalation etc…)
  • Consulted over non-standard Terms and Conditions, and exception handling
  • Manage Cycles, Monitor KPIs (SLAs, backlog, CN) and Activity Report
  • Support to Data Quality Audit.
  • Lead and Support projects (new process requirements, system enhancement and testing etc…).

Qualifications

  • Strong participative/delegative management experience. (Hands on and Role model)
  • Software Industry experience.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Strong Business Acumen.
  • Sense of ownership, Result driven.
  • Passion for Business support, and extra mile mindset.
  • Process and System oriented with great attention to details and controls.
  • Ability to multi-task in high pace work environment while respecting tight deadlines.
  • Team player - Interpersonal communication skills.
  • Understand Data Management criticality.
  • Bachelor’s Degree minimum.
  • SFDC / NETSUITE expérience as a significant plus.
  • Fluent English and French mandatory
  • Strong command on Microsoft Office.
