We are looking for a talented and creative Learning Manager to boost our company's internal Training strategy in order to get employee best engagement.

As a Learning Manager, you are responsible for designing the annual training plan from A to Z, creating and implementing an internal Academy, provide our employees with creative solutions in terms of training (peer-to-peer learning, mentoring, external training solutions...), monitore our Training budget.

Your daily missions :
  • Manage the training projects from start to the end (stakeholders, meetings, deadline, resources....)
  • Design JobTeaser's training strategy and manage JobTeaser training campaigns : collect our employees training needs, set up training priorities in close partnership with our managers, source training providers and find innovative solutions to adress training needs
  • Create, develop and maintain a specific training plan for our managers
  • Support deployment of transverse initiatives : employee survey, internal events/conferences, etc.
  • Be responsible for our internal training and knowledge management tool
  • Optimize our training budget and negotiate with our training partners


Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in HR with a relevant experience in the training field
  • Fluent in English is a must. Speaking French or German is a big plus.
  • Be able to define a strategy, be project management oriented with ability to lead/manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong writing skills
  • Ability to speak in front of an audience
  • Ability to work on multiple topics at the same time
  • Comfortable with IT tools
  • Ability to build strong relationships and establish strong interpersonal connections at all levels of the organization;
  • Successful in transformational change/change management.
  • Being confortable in fast moving environment.
  • Interacting with and influencing executive and senior leaders;
