We are looking for an HR manager based in our Paris office (company's headquarter - about 200 employees), to focus on supporting the Sales & Support departments (Sales, Universities, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Sales Efficiency, Video) as well as our International teams (2 German offices and International teams based throughout EMEA).
In our context of a fast growing German team, we are more particularly looking for a profile with a double proficiency with French and German languages and HR environnement, with a strong ability to deal with an international scope.
In a post-Covid context, the position might require monthly travels to our German offices (1/month).
As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing the full range of HR support from a strategic and operational perspective, working closely with managers and teams, being the contact point for any HR topic (recruitment, training, mobility...) while working on global projects for the company as required.
Actively partner, coach and develop managers and teams;
Recruit talented candidates ; Be able to adapt sourcing and recruitment strategy to both French and German markets;
Manage turnover; Help managers retain their top talents;
Work with managers and advise on performance, behavioral issues; Understand the needs of the teams and make recommendations
Partner with the HR team to roll out HR programs (e.g. Performance Reviews, Employee Surveys, Salary Reviews, Training plan...) for your departments;
Help maintaining and developing Jobteaser culture and values;
Partner with our Chief People Officer and our Legal team to be compliant with employment regulations throughout Europe;
Respond to employee questions timely and provide advice when it makes sense;
Be the go-to person for payroll, administrative and legal topics for the Sales and Support departments : contract terms, benefits, payroll, on-boarding and off-boarding processes...
French or German Master's degree in Law or HR
3-5 years of progressive HR experience in a fast paced, high growth environment;
A high energy, thoughtful HR partner who can work at a detailed tactical level and who can also see the big picture;
Well-developed analytical and influencing skills, unquestioned integrity and a confident presence to effectively resolve sensitive employee issues;
Self-directed but also great at collaborating with employees at all levels and with many different teams;
Great team player, putting collective success beyond individual recognition;
Ability to be patient and communicate respectfully in a fast-paced environment;
Must be fluent in English or French (written and spoken) and German ;
Advanced knowledge of Employee Relations in France; Germany a plus;
Willingness to share your knowledge, great team player
