  • Manage JUNIQE’s organic Social Media channels: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Build and manage social campaigns, content calendar, and community engagement, using data to plan, build, assess, and grow our channels and presence
  • Design and implement a data-driven social media strategy for growth and engagement
  • Ideate and build socials-first, brand-centric campaigns across all platforms
  • Work in close collaboration with our Editorial and Creative teams to generate a high volume of beautiful, engaging, and on-brand content across all platforms
  • Work in close collaboration with our Display Marketing and Influencer Marketing teams to align on KPIs and goals, and translate these goals into data-driven organic initiatives and goals
  • Work closely with our Customer Service team to engage with comments and messages and escalate issues as needed
  • You’re an experienced social media/marketing manager who lives and breathes all things design, art, digital culture, and, of course, social
  • You balance a creative mindset with strong analytical skills, understanding data and KPIs and how to build strong metrics for organic engagement, growth, and reach
  • You’re able to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • You have a great feeling for JUNIQE as a brand and trends in lifestyle, home, and living, with an eye for great photography and design that will engage our followers
  • You are brimming with ideas for creative campaigns and topics to drive engagement and growth
  • Extra points if you have experience in the creation of brand content for social media channels or experience in using paid social strategies for growth
  • Some leadership experience preferred but not required

Our renovated factory-floor office is flooded with light, filled with plants, and sits on the border of Mitte and Kreuzberg—just a stone’s throw away from the river Spree and Markthalle Neun. We have an open feedback culture with biannual appraisals while offering internal training and workshops for personal and professional development. Due to the ongoing Corona situation, we are currently working remotely, but with lots of engagement between teams—for work and fun—and we are doing as much as we can to support our colleagues as the situation develops.

Our international team is made up of 27 nationalities and proudly boasts two dogs—English is our lingua franca, but you’ll hear lots of languages (and the odd woof) around the office. Our kitchen sports a fridge stocked with beer and wine for after-work wind-down time and random moments of celebration.
