As Operations Coordinator in the Dispatch team you’ll be reporting to the Global Head of Supply Chain and Logistics, to ensure the smooth running of our US Dispatch function. It’s a small operation but you will be there to assist the ongoing growth ensuring that orders are picked, quality checked and shipped within a 24 hour timeframe whilst ensuring our shopper’s requests are managed on a timely basis. The customer is our focus at Threads so this hands on role requires someone who enjoys a challenge.

You Will:

  • Prepare data and reports for management where required
  • Ensure all orders are QC’d, packed, shipped and reconciled in our internal OMS (NetSuite) within the required timeframe
  • Assist with shipping and duty quotes, and liaise with customs and carriers
  • Do the monthly stock take and ensure packaging volumes are replenished
  • Prepare customs paperwork and track carrier software to eliminate delays at customs and elsewhere

You Have:

  • First Line Manager or Supervisory experience in a shipping or warehouse environment
  • Carrier knowledge
  • Customs experience would be advantageous
  • The ability to be disciplined and focused
  • Experience working in a startup environment
