The COVID-19 Testing Coordinator will work Part-time for Threads (approx 8am-12pm throughout the week days) to help deliver operational excellence, providing Threads with a comprehensive COVID 19 testing service, to manage and coordinate daily testing for our team. You will be the first point of contact for testing support queries. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will maintain an accurate log and database to ensure as a business we are always fully compliant.

The COVID-19 Testing Coordinator will, above all be detail orientated, ultra-organised, motivated and personable. They will be passionate about creating a positive experience and streamlining our testing process. You will have the support at all times of the wider People Experience function but have the ability to work proactively and autonomously in the work you do.


Please note this role is a 2 Months FTC with the possibility of extending and we are paying London living wage.


You Will:

  • Facilitate the ordering of supplies and ensure stock levels are well kept at all times
  • Be the first point of contact for any testing related questions and provide employees with friendly support
  • Review results and ensure that the correct company protocol is followed if a positive result is obtained
  • Take part in the administration of COVID Tests such as facilitating the process of rapid testing, log all tests taken, and document results
  • Ensure COVID-19 testing rooms are kept in adequate condition


You Have:

  • Experience using a computer specifically an Apple Macbook
  • Administrative skills
  • Experience working in Front of house
