As an Account Development Representative (ADR) you will be part of our Global Business Development team and a critical contributor to our pipeline of sales opportunities and company growth.
ADRs who demonstrate high performance and commitment will have the opportunity for career development and advancement within the Business Development organization and our sales organization.
We don’t throw you into the deep end to see if you can swim. At Nexthink you will be entered into a robust, onboarding program. You will be shown the ropes by a team mentor and receive ongoing coaching and sales training from our dedicated BDR trainer.
What your day will look like:
- Working closely with your sales team to help them succeed
- Conducting Critical account research to enable our teams to effectively communicate with potential customers
- Identifying key stake holders within target accounts that we believe will benefit from leveraging Nexthink
- Leverage various tools to identify accounts within our target market that are most likelyt in need of Nexthink’s technology
- Using sales tools and online resources to uncover prospective buyers in key accounts
- Taking part in weekly sales coaching and training session
