We are currently recruiting a Graduate German Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our Team in Limerick.

 

Fluent German language skills essential.

 

Job Specification

 

- User support via ticket system and telephone (1st & 2nd level).

- Consulting, processing and solving software problems concerning our products.

- Documentation of technical problems in the ticket system.

 

Profile/Qualifications

 

-   A completed apprenticeship in the IT sector or experience in an IT-related environment is advantageous but not essential.

-   Initial knowledge in the operation of ticket systems Service- and service-oriented working method and very good communication skills

-   Analytical thinking and independent working

-  Team spirit

-  Fluent German and very good English
